Boiler economizers are high-efficiency heat exchange devices with finned tubes designed to heat liquids (typically water) without exceeding the boiling point. Our product line includes three specialized types of boiler economizers:
- Bare tube economizer
- H-finned tube economizer
- Spiral finned tube economizer
The H-finned tube economizer offers superior performance compared to bare tube models:
- Expanded heat exchange area with reduced tube count
- Increased flue gas flow area to minimize flow speed and abrasion
- Available in double H-finned configuration for enhanced rigidity in long tube rows
- Spiral finned design combats abrasion and extends service life
Economizers significantly reduce cooling costs by allowing compressor shutdown while maintaining adequate cooling capacity, resulting in substantial energy savings.
